With twenty five years of experience, I come into this market with the ability to help sellers sell.  It is a totally different market than it was a few years ago.  In today's market, timing and price are everything.  I will advise you as to your best strategy as far as timing goes, and help you determine an asking price which will facilitate a sale.  I am also experienced in the art of the short sale.  I will advise you as to when it is time to say "no" and when it is time to say "yes".  We can get the job done.

About me

I began selling real estate in Lawson, Missouri, a small town north of Kansas City, Missouri, in 1984.  At that time, the interest rates were high, and sellers were losing equity in their houses.  Buyers were looking to buy as cheaply as possible, and often alternate ways of financing were necessary.  I have learned to appreciate the skills I learned those first few years in real estate.  After years of working in Missouri, we moved to south Florida in 2002.  In 2004, I got my broker's license here in Florida. In July of 2008, I decided to open my own office in Pompano Beach, Rare Homes and Properties.
